TRADING CONDITIONS

For the end user: we recommend contacting our dealers directly. You can find contact information about the most important individual dealers here.

For retailers: the delivery time is max. 7 days from the order date; if necessary, it is possible to arrange a shorter time.

With the orders of 5 and more pieces of any combination of pump types the freight is free.

For transport we use the transport service Edis CZ. (For transport of 1 piece we charge 100 Kc [not incl. VAT]; when sending the piece C.O.D. we charge 50 Kc [not incl. VAT]).

By request we can send you more advertizing leaflets and stickers.

For wholesale customers: deal with us in person.

Complaint procedure

Till 31st December 2002 the warranty period of all the pump types is immovably set to 12 months, starting on the day of the end user purchase. Since 1st January 2003 the warranty period has been prolonged by law to 24 months, starting on the day of the end user purchase. The stamp and the date in the certificate of warranty, filled in by the dealer, are crucial. Warranties for the individual repairs are set to 6 months.

No contaminated pump or a pump containing holders, fittings, sonds etc. will be accepted by the repair service!!!
