1. USE OF THE MONEL-MINI SERIES PUMPS

The submersible pumps are, by means of their construction, designed chiefly for pumping water from deep wells with the minimal diameter 100 mm. The pumps can be used for drawing fresh water or for transport and pumping of water for industrial purposes, as a part of a garden set (spraying horticultural or agricultural tracts), or possibly for other like facilities. The operating position of the pumps is arbitrary. The minimal inside diameter of the pipes or hoses attached to the pump is 3/4''. Smooth and economic running.

Maximal temperature of the liquid pumped                       35 ºC
Maximal immersion in the liquid pumped (standard)         25 - 30 m (depending on the type)
Acidity of the liquid pumped                                             6,5-12 pH

The manufacturer can supply the pumps with the service cable length adjusted according to the customer's requirements (also for the individual pumps), the standard cable length is 35 m for TEV 5L/100, for the other types it is 25m.

3. CONSTRUCTION OF THE PUMPS

The structural design of the pumps is devised as a unit consisting of two basic segments, i.e. the asynchronous electric motor and the hydrostatic pump. The electric motor is an asynchronous, 3-phase (1-phase) one, with a short-circuited rotor. It is fully sealed by means of special flanges. The motor is protected against random overloading of the pumps by thermal sensors. Its shaft is made of high-quality stainless steel. The motor is linked to the electric power supply by the service cable H 07 RN-F. It is separated from the pump and waterproofed by means of a mechanical seal, whose two contact patches are made of silicon carbide (SiC).

The hydrostatic pump consists of a hydraulic rubber stator and a rustless impeller. The hydraulic rubber stator is fastened to the pump body and at its outlet there is a reduced delivery body capped with a standard pipe thread G1". The pump's surface, except for the electromotor skeleton made of stainless steel, is protected by surface paint (Komaxit – polyester lacquer), which is approved for use in contact with drinking water.

The manufacturer recommends completing these pumps for operation purposes with sensors monitoring the level of the liquid pumped.
